Google announced a new service few months back called Google Cloud Print, which enables you to send documents to printers from any device and any OS without the need to install a software. Google is launching a beta version of Google Cloud Print to users in United States starting today that will work on most phones that support HTML5 like Android 2.1+ or iOS 3+.
To get started, you need to connect your printer to Google Cloud Print. This step can be performed only using Windows PC currently. Mac and Linux support are coming soon. Once you do the set up, to print, open your document in Google Docs or mail in GMail and select Print from the drop down menu. You can also print PDF files by clicking the Print link that appears next to them.
