The latest GNOME 2.19.5, the 5th alpha release on the way to GNOME 2.20, due in September.
The various theme, background and other appearance related tools have now been merged into a single dialog.

The new GNOME-power-manager will now profile your battery to get a moreaccurate picture of your battery lifespan and will not activate any power saving features until this is done, leading to better experience for laptop users.

The new Rhythmbox 0.11.1 contains gapless playback and better support for visualization.
Ebox is a network services control tool. Designed to be easy to use even for non-Unix admins, Ebox allows control of a huge number of services from a single web interface. Parts of the 0.9.3 release has been packaged and many Ubuntu-specific changes have been made.
