Microsoft has released an update for Internet Explorer 7 Phishing filter. If your computer responds slowly as the phishing filter evaluates contents in IE7, then go here and install the update. The update will be available soon through Windows Automatic updates for Windows XP. It’s already available through automatic update for Windows Vista.
I don’t use IE7 99% of the time, so I didn’t experience any problem. If you use IE7 a lot and had problem with the filter, then you have 2 options. 1. Install this update. 2. Better option, ditch IE7 and move to Firefox.
